This works because it fits around your life

We build a blueprint around your job, your family, your food and where your starting point is.

This program is for Asian men who are done settling for the version of themselves they see everyday. If that's you; it's time to join the team

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's what we usually get asked

How long is this program?

This isn't a quick fix, it's a full transformation. In our experience, real, lasting change in your body and your mindset takes time to build properly. Most clients who see the biggest results are the ones who commit fully to the process and trust it.

I've tried diets and gym programs before and failed. Why will this be different?

Because most programs hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out alone. This is coaching there's a real person in your corner, keeping you accountable, adjusting things when life gets in the way, and making sure you don't fall off like before. The reason you didn't succeed wasn't lack of effort. It was lack of the right support and a system built around you.

I'm extremely busy with work. How much time do I actually need to commit each week?

We built this program for guys who don't have 2 hours a day to spend in the gym. You're looking at 2-3 sessions per week, roughly 45 minutes each, plus a weekly check-in. That's it. The program works around your schedule not the other way around.

Will this work if I have a desk job, eat out a lot, or travel for work?

Yes and honestly, this program was designed with exactly that lifestyle in mind. We don't give you a meal plan that only works if you meal prep every Sunday. We teach you how to make smart decisions at restaurants, during travel, and on your worst weeks. Real life doesn't pause, and neither does your progress.

Do I need to talk about personal or emotional stuff?

Only as much as you're comfortable with. We're not therapists. But we do look at the full picture of your life, because stress, sleep, and mindset are directly tied to your results. Some guys open up a lot, others keep it practical. Either way works. What matters is that you show up and do the work.

Meet your coach

Hi, my name is Jose Jurado

I know what it feels like to be running on empty.

Early in my life I was working 50-60 hours a week across multiple jobs just to get by. I was exhausted, out of shape, and escaping into partying, drinking, and everything that came with it. My health was gone. My relationships were a mess. I looked fine on the outside but felt like I was falling apart.

I've been where you are. And I know how easy it is to stay there.

What changed everything wasn't working harder — it was building a system. Ironically, my best ever transformation came in my 30s, training 3-4 days a week. Not the 6-day grind of my 20s that left me burnt out and going backwards.

That's what I now build for the men I coach.

Over the last 6 years I've coached over 200 individuals through real transformations not just in their body, but in how they show up for the people around them. I work specifically with Asian men because I understand the weight of cultural expectations, the pressure to never disappoint, and how much of yourself gets lost when you're trying to be everything to everyone.

I believe mental strength gets you to your goal. The physical result is just what happens along the way.

If any of this sounds familiar — let's talk.
